At SSMI, we have a wellness exam for each patient.  From the Executive Wellness to the Medicare Wellness to a general wellness exam, one must find what is 'their' true defintion to their individual wellness.

  1. “Wellness is a multidimensional state of being describing the existence of positive health in an individual as exemplified by quality of life and a sense of well-being"- Charles Corbin Phd, Arizona State University

  2.  A process means that improvement is always possible via evaluation of biometrics and following those to guide one's wellness.

  3. Aware means that we are continuously seeking more information about how we can improve our state of being

  4. Choices means that we consider a variety of options and select those in our best interest in regards to maintaining our wellness and improving it to another state of being.

  5. Success is determined by each individual to be their collection of life accomplishments and simultaneously reaching biometric and conscious being goals.
